I was pleasantly surprised by the prompt attention by everyone. I actually am used to waiting and waiting for many medical appointments and services. Sometimes having an appointment is meaningless. Not Here!! Everyone values my time as much as I do and time is the greatest gift you can give anyone. Cannot be replaced OR HAVE A PRICE TAG PUT ON IT. Dr. Benanati answered all my questions and explained everything so well. I actually would not mind waiting for her again. She is amazing and made me feel better after I left.

She was also able to elicit important additional information from my wife, respecting that some negative facts needed to be reviewed with regard to evaluating the questions my progressive memory loss> This was a bit delicate, but went amazingly well! After reviewing all the relevant factors, she utilized a thorough plan with shared decision making for referrals, follow-up, and coordination of care. I have never had such a satisfying appointment.

Dr. Benenati was very engaged in all phases of my appointment, as always. I presented a recent episode of double vision, that had been diagnosed by my eye doctor and resolved with two new corrective eye glasses. I was still concerned since double vision is a symptom of several other diseases, including neurological ones. She identified myasthenia as one that should be checked and ordered lab tests. Fortunately, the results were all negative. I greatly appreciate her willingness to listen and act In such a meaningful and professional way.

Tim's condition and his symptoms began 2 yrs ago after completion of cancer treatment. Instead of improvement, we have seen his health and mental stability deteriorate. Dr Benenati spent so much time going thru Tim's history, testing him, and giving clear explanation of what she was finding during our appointment.
