The front office staff and MA were all friendly, the lobby was clean and smelled fresh! Genuinely happy with my provider and the care she provides me with. Answered my questions and sent my results to my patient portal in case I wanted to review them again later. She put medical terminology into the English I speak. She requested the MRI for a hamstring injury when an orthopedic thought it was a strain. MRI showed I had a torn Hamstring! I am so glad she ordered the MRI.

I am very impressed with how fast the staff moves things along. I was referred to physical therapy and a specialist and had a follow up phone call before I even made it back to my house. I would not change a single thing. I even had help and response from the portal that is set up. I would not change a thing. If I didn't have such a good experience like Ms. Diaz and her team have provided then I wouldn't have gone back and most likely wouldn't have gone to another doctor appointment anywhere. Ms. Diaz actually sat down and carried on conversation and heard me out during the entire visit. The team from the time I walked in was excellent.Nice to enter a business we're it's friendly and professional.The team listen as I told them Cynthia saved my leg. Cynthia fought to insure I got the surgery (referred me to specialist) leg was damaged from previous surgery (allergic to surgery glue)Cynthia was there helping fight the infection until a surgan was willing to do surgery to remove the glue.
