Running Injuries

Expert Care for Runners. Call 313-578-6746
Running is great exercise, however, it can cause repetitive strain on body parts and be a source of injury. Common running injuries often affect the hips, knees, ankles, and feet of runners. Physical therapy can help relieve your pain, treat and prevent injuries and improve your overall running performance.

Many of our physical therapists and certified athletic trainers are runners themselves, so they have a unique understanding of how to treat running injuries and get you back to running as soon as possible.

Our video analysis service provides a comprehensive evaluation of your running technique. We identify possible root causes of running injuries and areas for potential improvements in speed and efficiency. After a thorough review of your video analysis, we'll provide you with techniques and exercises to correct identified flaws and imbalances.
