At RIM we believe pool exercise (aquatic therapy) is ideal for individuals with painful joints or weak muscles. Aquatic therapy may also be effective for those who suffer from back pain, those recovering from surgery or injury, arthritis and pre- or post-natal women with muscle or joint pain associated with pregnancy.
